I Didn't Get My Confirmation Email!

← Back

Occasionally, confirmation emails can be trapped by email spam filters and won't appear in your inbox. Please check your spam folder for an email from [email protected] Remember that the sender of the email will be WordPress.com, not Gravatar.

To ensure that you receive further notices from Gravatar, please also add these email addresses to your email service's address book or whitelist:

  • [email protected]
  • [email protected]
  • [email protected]

After you've done that, please try resetting your WordPress.com password and check for that email. It can take up to a couple of hours, but normally you should have it within a matter of minutes. Resetting your WordPress.com password will automatically verify your account.

If you still do not receive your confirmation email, try to sign in at gravatar.com. You will see a message like this which will give you the option to request another activation email:

If you still do not receive your confirmation email, please contact your email provider and ask them to help whitelist the above email addresses and then try again.
